An American Girl in Canada

I had to laugh today as I was listening to the radio on the way to work. The traffic report came on and the first report was not a crash, a stall or anything like that. The announcer said, "We've had several reports of the sun in peoples' eyes on Highway 1 near the Burnaby Lakes. Lots of folks are hitting the brakes, so be careful through that area."

I guess we don't really know what the sun is, so people can't help but slam on their brakes, stare at the giant, yellow orb and think "WHAT IS THAT?"
