"Hey Rusty, let's pick up your toys!" So, he does. He scoops up the toys and puts them into his bucket.
"Okay, Rusty, it's time to pull the plug!" This is one of his favorite things. He pulls the plug out of the drain, puts it back, pulls it out, and finally throws it into the bucket with his toys.
"Rusty, let's pick up your mat!" This part he loves! He helps his daddy pick up the mat that we stick to the bathtub so he doesn't slip.
Now usually this will be the point at which we take him out, shake shake shake, and wrap him in a towel. Not last night!
Last night he looked up at us with an impish little grin, got down on all fours and smiled.
"Are you a puppy?" I asked.
"WOOF! Woof!" he replied, crawling back and forth on all fours in the tub. We promptly busted out laughing.
Man I love this kid.
RJ does the exact same thing in the bath: plug in and out and in and out and then in the toy basket. He hasn't been a puppy in the bath yet....hmmmm :)
