Kev and I went to see "The Break Up" last night. It was a cute movie! It was one of those magical movies that both the guy and the girl actually really like! People were laughing out loud, and I admit, Kev did look over and grin because he saw tears in my eyes at one point. We both walked out of it feeling like it was well worth our free movie passes. Kevin said he liked it because it was realistic and he's right. The ending is great. So, if you're looking for a good movie, go to the Break Up! I'm not really sure why it keeps getting all of those bad reviews. I give it two thumbs up!

The Break Up

I would like to see that too. It's been here for a long time now but we haven't gotten around to going! I'd better hurry before it's gone!
ReplyDeleteI have to say that Ryan and I were bitterly dissapointed with it. We went to see it on a much needed date night, expecting a fun romantic comedy, but unfortunately apart from the men's choral group scene, thought the movie was awful. I guess the end was the clincher. I won't disclose it though in case I spoil the movie for someone. Glad you guys enjoyed it though, Stacy! We still have to get together soon! :)
ReplyDeleteAwww...sorry to hear that Laura. Maybe because you were expecting somethign different it disappointed you? We knew beforehand that it wasn't really a romance...maybe that helped us.
