My Date

Tonight I went on a date...with a married man!

I called him on my way home from work. I had learned that my schedule was suddenly free due to my Bible study being cancelled.

When I called this man and asked him out his response was,

"Well, I'm married. I don't think that my wife would like it."

I soon convinced him to see things my way. We met up at about 5:30 and made our way to Red Robins, our favorite secret rendevous point.

"I haven't seen you much lately," he said to me over dinner.

"I know, I've been busy! Things have been crazy," I replied.

Dinner was great. It was good to catch up with him, to hold his hand, and to hear his voice telling me about work, his thoughts about the upcoming weekend and hearing him give his opinion on my concerns.

All throughout dinner I kept thinking about how gorgeous he was, and how interesting. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to be with him! I know that I'm in love.
