Well, the Canucks lost. It is a major bummer. We REALLY thought they were going to win it. It is kind of a sad feeling...my husband is especially bummed out. However...I am having a hard time containing my excitement because, wait for it, HE WON A CAR!!!!!
He entered the CBC Nationwide Hockey Pool way back at the beginning of the playoffs. He has had a crazy ride and tonight he won it all, a brand new car! It's a little surreal. He still hasn't really become excited about it yet, but I think he will be once it actually sets in and he gets over some of his disappointment over his boys losing.
The car is a 2011 Kia Optima. We know nothing about the car, and we aren't even sure what we will do with it yet. Will we keep it? Sell it? We aren't sure, but I DO know that it is crazy! My husband actually won a brand new car!!
We have mixed emotions but I have to be honest, I am mostly just REALLY excited!!!
